Champions
- Overload (Q) damage reduced to 40/60/80/100/120 from 60/85/110/135/160.
Singed
- Fling (E) and Mega Adhesive (W) now both note a target flinged into Mega Adhesive is ROOTED instead of SNARED. [ Will need to confirm if it is working in game]
Zilean
- Heightened Learning (Passive) now reads "Zilean and his nearby allied champions receive 8% additional experience" from "Increases experience gain of all allied champions by 8%"
